We have a STRICT NO FRAUD Policy, we will give full cooperation and access to Federal, State and local authorties in each and every case of fraud that is detected. 

We will protect our buyers and sellers in every way possible and if any fraud happens we urge you to contact us AND the proper authorties as soon as it is detected.

We scan our member list several times weekly and look for out of the ordinary users, we will attempt to make contact with any suspicious registrations to verify all information.

When registering ou MUST provide all valid required information, we do random checks on registrations.

We do not tolerate bullying, offensive or hate listings or any offensive conduct.

With that out of the way we first and foremost want our users to find deals and make money. We believe that Oklahoma has some of the finest businesses in the USA and some of the finest people as well, after all we are Oklahomans ourselves!

SELLERS:

Please be as honest about condition and quality s possible. Do not lead a potential buyer to believe they are buying a perfect item if you know it is not perfect.

When listing please include all valid information including town where the item being sold is located so the buyer has all the information needed to make an informed purchase.

If you are accepting in person payment you must be aware of any and all risks including no-shows, We here at BidOklahoma.com are not responsible for any loss of any kind in any sale.

Please list your policy on pickup shipping or delivery and communicate clearly on how you expect to be paid and how the item is to be delivered or picked up.

If you sell an item offline and cancel any auction NO listing fees will be returned. Once you pay the fees to BidOklahoma.com all transactions are FINAL.

If there is any disputes please contact us ASAP via the contact us page for help with resolutions.

Please use a starting price you are comfortable with getting or use the reserve price option (extra fee). If you end up with selling an item for less than you wanted that is not the buyer or BidOklahoma.com fault. If you cancel the auction no fees are refunded. If you do not complete a sale because you didnt get the price you wanted, you will be suspended and blocked from both selling and buying

Do not list an item that you do not have in your physical possesion.

Do not list any items for friends or relatives

Do not list items you feel may be stolen or illegally obtained (We will work with police to recover stolen merchandise)

If listing vehicles, trailers, equipment, etc please make sure you list if you have a title or bill of sale.

BUYERS:

ONLY BID IF YOU INTEND TO PAY (Our sellers pay fees to list their items and by not paying you hurt them finanically)

Please read the sellers entire listing to verify location, condition and payment methods, if a buyer doesn't have awnsers in their listing contect them BEFORE bidding. 

All bids buy any buyer constitute a conract between both parties and are enforcable as such so please make arrangements to view any item before placing any bid.

All sales are final unless the seller specifically states in writting otherwise.

Please be aware of the end time of any auction, in many cases other buyers wait until the last minutes of auctions to try to slide in a winning bid.

If you back out of a purchase, you will be suspended and blocked from registration, buying and selling. Please use due diligence in every bid.

We expect all transactions to be respectful, fair and honest. Should either party have any negative experience we encourage you to leave feedback stating as such. If you have a great transaction we hope you let others know that as well through the feedback system. 

If you do have any negative interaction through any part of the selling or buying process please let us know as well so we can document that if any issues arise from it.
